This website www.ghostshorts.com (the "Site") and all services (collectively, the "Service") are owned and operated by PlacementPro Holdings Ltd. ("GhostShorts", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Site or Service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and acknowledge that they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PlacementPro Holdings Ltd.

User Eligibility and Account

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GhostShorts. Users between 13 and 18 years of age may only use the Service with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Account Creation and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion
  • You may not share or transfer your account to any other person or entity
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Service Description and Limitations

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible
  • We are not liable for any Service interruptions or data loss

Rate Limiting and API Usage

  • We may impose rate limits on content generation and API usage
  • Automated access requires explicit written permission
  • Multiple accounts to circumvent limits are prohibited
  • API access may be revoked or modified at our discretion

User Content and Rights

Content Generation

  • You retain ownership of content you generate using our Service
  • We maintain a limited license to store and process your content
  • We may analyze generated content to improve our Service
  • We may remove content that violates our Terms

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create or distribute:

  • Illegal or unlawful content
  • Discriminatory or hateful content
  • Sexually explicit material
  • Content that promotes violence
  • Misleading or fraudulent content

By using our TikTok integration:

YouTube API Services

By using our YouTube integration:

  • You agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)
  • You accept the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy)
  • You may revoke access through Google's security settings

Affiliate Program

Program Terms

1. Eligibility:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have an active, paid account in good standing
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Must accurately disclose affiliate relationship

2. Commission Structure:

  • 30% of referred user's subscription value
  • Paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer
  • Subject to verification and approval
  • May be modified with 30 days notice

3. Prohibited Activities:

  • No misleading or deceptive practices
  • No trademark violations
  • No spam or unsolicited promotions
  • No artificial or fraudulent referrals
  • No bidding on our trademarks in paid advertising

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

No-Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds for partial use
  • No refunds for unused time after cancellation
  • No refunds for service dissatisfaction
  • No refunds for accidental purchases

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Service aspects are our exclusive property

Force Majeure

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLACEMENTPRO HOLDINGS LTD., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to:

  • Participate in a class action lawsuit
  • Class-wide arbitration
  • Representative actions
  • Consolidated actions

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PlacementPro Holdings Ltd. and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of others
  • Your user content
  • Your conduct in connection with the Service

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms:

  • At any time without prior notice
  • Changes effective upon posting
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes may be notified via email

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable:

  • The provision shall be modified minimally to be enforceable
  • Remaining provisions remain in full effect
  • Terms shall be construed to achieve original intent
