🗄️ Ten links at a time

Repurpose the Back Catalog
You Already Published

Paste up to ten YouTube links at once. Every video gets its own free clip so you can see what still holds up before you spend anything on the rest.

Built for the archive

Everything you published is still there. Almost none of it is still working.

A channel with three years of uploads is sitting on a few hundred hours of finished, edited, already-paid-for footage. It got one launch each and then stopped earning. The reason nobody mines it is arithmetic: rewatching a back catalog to find clippable moments is more hours than making new videos.

GhostShorts changes the unit of work from watching to pasting. Ten links go in at once, each one becomes its own project, and each one hands back one free clip from its opening minutes. Ten minutes later you are looking at ten samples of your own archive and you know which three videos are worth actually processing.

Then you process those three. Not all ten — there is no button that spends everything at once, deliberately. The bulk step is triage.

  • Up to ten links pasted at once, each its own project with its own free clip
  • No bulk spend button — you start each video individually, after seeing its sample
  • Up to twenty clips per video, twenty to ninety seconds each
  • Search any processed video by topic, ten searches per video, none billed
  • Old horizontal uploads come out as clean captioned 1080x1920 verticals

Judge before you spend

The free clip per video is what makes a back-catalog pass sane. You are picking which archives to mine from real samples, not from memory.

Age is irrelevant to the tool

Selection runs on the transcript, so a four-year-old upload processes exactly like yesterday’s. Whether the content still holds up is your call, and the free clip is how you make it.

Horizontal becomes vertical

A crop you set — full or fit, focal point, or a rectangle you draw — plus burned-in word-synced captions in seventeen styles. That combination is what makes old footage read as current.

Nothing regenerated

These are cuts of your actual video, not AI reconstructions of it. Clean 1080p MP4s at 30fps, no watermark, individually or as a ZIP.

Triage First, Then Process

Ten free clips from ten old uploads tells you where the value actually is.

1

Paste Up to Ten Links

Each becomes its own project. Nothing is processed and nothing is charged just for pasting them in.

2

Look at Ten Free Clips

Every video hands back its strongest moment from the first six minutes, cut and captioned. That is your read on which archives are worth mining.

3

Process the Ones Worth It

Start the videos that earned it, one at a time, and get up to twenty captioned vertical clips out of each.

Honestly thought this was just another overhyped AI tool. But it actually delivers and is super easy to use. I already created 10 shorts in 1 day.

Yes — up to ten YouTube links in one go. Each one becomes its own separate project with its own free clip and its own processing decision, which is deliberate: you look at ten free clips first and then only pay to process the videos that actually came back with something.
No, on purpose. Bulk import is about triage, not about spending ten times as fast. You start each video individually once you have seen what its free clip looks like.
Age does not matter to the tool — it works from the transcript, so a video from four years ago clips exactly like one from last week. What matters is whether the content still holds up. Evergreen explanation and story content usually does; anything tied to a news cycle usually does not.
Two hours of source per video is what gets processed and billed. Longer uploads still work, but only the first two hours are covered, so split anything marathon-length into parts if the later material matters.
Per video, once it is processed, you can search its transcript by topic and pull clips about that topic. Ten searches per video, none of them billed. Searching across multiple videos at once is not a thing yet — it is one video at a time.
Up to twenty, and fewer when the video does not honestly hold twenty standalone moments. Clips run twenty to ninety seconds. An old upload with three genuinely good passages returns three, not twenty padded ones.
They will look like the source, because they are cuts of it, not regenerations. What changes is the framing and the captions: a crop you set, and burned-in word-synced captions in seventeen styles, which is usually what makes an old horizontal upload feel current in a vertical feed.
Nothing, and no card. One per video — the strongest moment from that video’s first six minutes, cut and captioned, playing in your browser. Ten pasted links means ten free clips to judge from.
